I've been following the ice mandalas on G+, and I think they're wonderful! Maybe next year you guys can do timelapses of the mandalas melting - shades of Greenaway's "A Zed and Two Noughts".
Very glad to hear you're having a fulfilling time of life (:
A very nice update, Cam. The mandalas are simply beautiful and the music is always amazing. 'New phase of your life'? What a wonderful term! What genius coined that?
Also, I wait in eager anticipation on the unveiling of your TWO new typewriters. How exciting!
My brother "Architect" makes ice lanterns - am definitely going to send him this post of yours -- he'll enjoy it and see all sorts of possibilities I am sure.
Very interesting. I have never heard of no seen ice mandelas before. They are quite beautiful. Nice to hear you are keeping busy with your music. The Underwood really has a nice clear type face.
Cool stuff that James has been doing! I love how you two support each other in your creativity. I've been missing SF lately. I think winter has a lot to do with that.
Very nice, I have never seen (or heard of!) ice madalas before. I'm always energized by creative expression, thanks for sharing yours and James."

What an interesting art form -- and then it comes apart, like a sand mandala. Your music is lovely and very appropriate.
