Congratulations on the new typewriters. That script typeface is amazing. James did a great job on the trailer. It is absolutely beautiful. It is good to see you posting again. I really love those 1960s Galaxie-type typewriters. Very nice script typeface on that one. What a charming guest trailer (and typing studio). I envy your friend Caroline.
Wonderful post! That's a lovely trailer, and a perfect typing venue.
I've learned to appreciate those Smith-Coroni from that era. They have a great typing action, good ergonomics and you can't beat that long-reach carriage return lever. If I only could have one machine, it might just be a Galaxy.

Everybody should have a typing trailer. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the Union flags!
ReplyDelete40 typewriters?! Well done! James has certainly done a wonderful job in restoring Lola. I still see the usual blues on the outside :)
ReplyDeleteLook at you go in your caravan! Gosh. I want one now.
