  1. Very beautiful. Do you have any problems switching from horn to trumpet and back to horn? The sky is very fitting for the piece. Sky from your mountain home I presume?

    The combination is very enjoyable and relaxing, especially when listening with a good pair of headphones.

      I have not experienced problems switching back and forth between horn and trumpet, especially since I've been studying trumpet pedagogue Jim Smiley's "Balanced Embouchure" method for horn and trumpet.

      Yes, the sunset sky pictures were taken here in The Woods, on what we call the Sky Deck (back patio) facing our favorite view over the western mountains. May 2011.

  13. I recall at the time we were all using typewriters smudgy ribbons were a bane; I think they add charm now. Sort of like hearing LPs with their scratches - lovely!
